Landmark buildings in Washington State Parks are available to rent year-round for a variety of occasions. They are attractive, comfortable structures that have been refurbished for public use and equipped with modern amenities. Located in a variety of state park settings, they offer the spirit of history in beautiful outdoor environments.

Weddings, receptions, family reunions, company picnics, business meetings, public lectures, and performances are common reasons to rent day-use heritage places, which are available at the following state parks:

  1. Cama Beach

    The center is a wonderful location for weddings, business retreats, parties, and family reunions.

  2. Cape Disappointment

    The lighthouse and surrounding grounds are available for wedding ceremonies only.

  3. Fort Townsend

    A modern replica of the historic 1800s stable, the Friends' Barn is perfect for weddings, family reunions, company gatherings, nature camps, classroom activities, and more.

  4. Fort Worden - Chapel

    Historic place of worship originally built for the military, this chapel is located right inside the gates of Fort Worden.

  5. Fort Worden - Commons

    This is the newest building at Fort Worden State Park and Conference Center.

  6. Fort Worden - USO Hall

    Historically used as a social gathering hall during the military era, this historic facility is the perfect location for wedding receptions.

  1. Fort Worden - Wheeler Theater

    Historically used for military performances, this charming old-fashioned theater is decorated in an original art-deco motif, and has a lighted marquee and glass encased ticket booth.

  2. Kitsap Memorial

    Lovely old-fashioned log hall sits atop a wooded bluff, with a panoramic view of Hood Canal and the Olympic Mountains.

  3. Peace Arch

    A scenic location for meetings, company picnics, weddings, receptions, and reunions.

  4. Saint Edward - Grotto

    Charming garden alcove that was used by priests for prayer and meditation, surrounded by woods with many plant, bird, and animal species, plus expansive lawns and trails leading to Lake Washington.

  5. Saint Edward - Grand Dining Hall

    Majestic hall with floor-to-ceiling arched windows and glass chandeliers, overlooking the park grounds on Lake Washington.

  6. Scenic Beach

    Beautiful setting with garden, expansive lawn, lush landscape, charming gazebo, and spectacular view of Hood Canal.
