CAMPING is open at most STATE PARKS:
Most of our Washington state parks are now open and available for reservations.
To provide adequate time for cleaning and sanitizing to COVID-19 standards, the check-in time for roofed accommodations (such as cabins, yurts, and vacation houses) has changed from 2:30 to 4 p.m.
Additionally, State Parks is not taking new reservations for day use facilities, group camps and retreat centers until further notice.
More information is available here.
If you’re planning a trip to a state park, you can reserve a campsite, yurt, cabin, rustic structure, vacation house, group camp, or group day-use facility at many of our Washington State Parks. Drop-in visitors are always welcome as long as space is available, but reservations offer peace of mind when traveling to distant or popular parks.
During the summer of 2020, we waived our cancellation policy to help with planning your stay this season. This policy goes back into effect 9/16/20. For more information, visit our Cancellations Page.
