Cama Beach State Park

Cama Beach State Park is on the southwest shore of Camano Island facing Saratoga Passage in north Puget Sound. Cama Beach offers visitors a chance to step back in time to a 1930s-era Puget Sound fishing resort complete with waterfront cedar cabins and bungalows. These have been refurbished with modern conveniences and are available for rent year round to individuals and groups.

Beachside bungalow

We have two 20-feet-by-28-feet bungalows available. Each boasts a good-size living room area; a kitchenette with full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, sink with hot & cold running water and two full-size coffee makers. Both have a bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Each bungalow has two bunk-beds (double bed on bottom, twin bed on top); bungalow A has two twin-size beds and bungalow H has a third double bed; both bungalows will sleep up to eight people. The ADA bungalow has one bedroom while the non-ADA bungalow has two. Linen service is not provided; guests need to take along their own bedding, pillows, towels, cookware, dishes and utensils. The large covered front porches face the beach and Saratoga Passage. The park also features historic cabins for rent.

Check-in time is 3 p.m., check-out time is 11 a.m.


Each bungalow can accommodate up to eight guests.

Rental fees

  • Sunday through Thursday rental fees are $142 plus tax per night
  • Friday, Saturday, and holidays rental fees are $172 plus tax per night

April 1, 2019 to Oct. 31, 2019

  • Rental fees are $196 plus tax per night

Nov. 1, 2019-Oct. 31, 2020 rental fees

Reservations & cancellations

Call the Cama Beach welcome center/reservation office at (360) 387-1550 or (800) 833-6388 for the Washington Telecommunications Relay Service. Standard reservation fees apply for individual and group reservations. If a reservation is changed or canceled, fees may change as well. There is a two night minimum for all reservations.

Note: Smoking and pets are not allowed in bungalows.
