You can submit your state park event via email to get it placed on the calendar. The Discover Pass is required for vehicle access to Washington state parks and state-managed recreation lands.     Discover Pass required if parking onsite. Free shuttle service available all day from the Simpson Elementary School just off 3rd Street on your way to the park.

Staff will have Discover Passes for sale and be available to provide information and answer questions about state parks in the Spokane area. Valleyfest is an annual tradition bringing the greater region together since 1990. The community-wide celebration is held each September at Mirabeau Point Park and CenterPlace Regional Event Center in the Spokane Valley. Live entertainment for the entire family, an opportunity to meet and have fun with friends, and recognize area youth for their talents.

Hunter Noack will bring his 9-foot Steinway grand piano to Historical Sacajawea State Park to perform live and outdoors. To meet the acoustical challenges of performing in the wild, music is transmitted to the concert-goers via wireless headphones.
